Frazers Surveyors Ltd are a family founded firm of Chartered, General Practice, Valuation and Building Surveyors.
We have extensive experience in all types of Survey and Valuation work and we offer professional advice on all aspects of Buildings.
Brief History
Matthew started Frazers Surveyors in 1987. Having been a Director of Mann & Co Surveyors, a large firm of National Estate Agents and Surveyors, and moving away from a big established firm to build his own practice, particularly with a young and growing family, was at the time a bold move.
However it paid off and Frazers grew, helped by opening up alongside Frazers Estate Agents who were an established firm of Property Agents within the Surrey area. Typical for the late 1980’s this affiliation quickly evaporated as Frazers Estate Agents was sold to a Corporate organisation. At that point Frazers Surveyors became a “stand alone” firm of Chartered Surveyors.
Riding on the back of the 1980’s boom we quickly expanded to three offices at Kingston upon Thames, Woking and Camberley. However, times and technology change and in line with most Surveying practices, Frazers has regionalised. The practice is now established in Woking, Surrey but we still cover the same geographical areas as before, but with greater efficiency.

Matthew Lewis
Director / Surveyor
Matthew founded Frazers Surveyors in 1987, and now has over 40 years’ experience in the surveying industry. He was elected a fellow of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2000, and has extensive experience surveying all types of properties for a variety of clients and purposes. Matthew takes great pride in his work, and is well known in the local area for the quality of his reports and service.
Oliver Lucas
Surveyor
Our most recent recruit, Oliver, is a Registered Valuer and a Chartered Member of the RICS. He has a range of experience within the property industry, including a Masters in Real Estate and over 4 years working at a London firm of Chartered Surveyors, valuing properties in SW London and Surrey.
Chris Wallis
Administration
Chris joined Frazers in 2022 after a career as a mortgage advisor and now heads up the administration team, as well as helping to develop and maintain the IT systems.
Charlotte Titcombe
Finance / Business Liaison
Charlotte joined Frazers in 2022 as business liaison, supporting the needs of the Housing Associations we work with and growing this side of the business. Charlotte has since taken on managing the finances of the business as well.
Katrina Tang
Administration
After 5 years managing a call centre team in the funding and renewables industry, Katrina joined Frazers in 2025, working alongside Chris in the administration team.
From the initial contact to assessment and aftercare, the whole team were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend Salv and the team. Huge thumbs up from me.
